No. Thirty days of tuning is already in the build price. After that, plenty of clients run what we built with no ongoing relationship, and that's a completely valid outcome. Retainers exist for people who want the system to keep improving — not as a toll for keeping it alive.
Every dollar of it, against any implementation started within 30 days of delivery. It's in the agreement, not a verbal promise. The audit exists to make the quote honest, not to be a revenue line.
