Who this covers
Gonchar Group LLC, doing business as Gonchar AI, is the company responsible for this website and for the information you send us. We install AI systems into operating businesses. We do not run a consumer app, a marketplace, or a mailing list you did not ask for.
What we collect
If you book a call, Calendly receives your name, email, and phone number — the phone number is a required field on that form — plus whatever you type into the optional question about your business. If you write to ceo@gonchar.group, we receive whatever you put in that message. That is usually a name, a company, a phone number, and a description of the work that is leaking money.
The site itself records ordinary usage: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location from IP address, device and browser, clicks, scroll depth, and time on page. We do not ask for passwords, payment cards, government IDs, or health information on this website. Do not send those here.
How we use it
To answer you. To decide whether a build is a fit. To show up on the call with the right questions. To keep the business records a Florida company is supposed to keep. We do not sell personal information, we do not rent it, and we do not put you in a drip sequence because you opened a page.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta / Facebook Pixel. They may use cookies, pixels, or similar tools to measure visits, campaign attribution, and how the pages are used. Clarity can record session-replay data. When you book a call we also send Meta a server-to-server confirmation of the booking, so the booking can be matched back to the ad that sent you. It carries a one-way hashed (SHA-256) form of your name, email and phone, and three things that are not hashed: the click identifier Meta itself put on the link you arrived through, the address of the page we attribute the booking to, and the name of the call you booked. We do not send Meta the free text you type into the booking form.
You can limit this through browser controls, a tracker blocker, Global Privacy Control where it is supported, and the ad settings at Google, Microsoft, and Meta. Blocking analytics does not stop you from booking a call or writing to us.
Your privacy choices
We do not sell or rent personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the measurement described above. Blocking trackers in your browser stops the browser half of it; it does not stop the server-to-server confirmation, because that one does not run in your browser. Global Privacy Control stops both: if your browser sends the GPC signal, this site loads no Meta pixel and no session recorder, and if you then book a call, our server sends Meta no conversion for you. It does not switch off Google Analytics, and it does not stop the booking record or the message that tells us you booked — that is how anyone gets an answer out of us at all. To ask what we hold on you, or to have it deleted, write to ceo@gonchar.group — the founder answers these, and we do not require an account to ask.
Who else sees it
Hosting, scheduling, analytics, email, and the alert that tells us you booked run on specialised providers — including Vercel, Calendly, Google, Microsoft, Meta, and Telegram. Their handling of data is also governed by their own terms. Booking data reaches Meta two ways: from your browser through the pixel, and from our server through Meta's Conversions API — the fields listed above. It reaches us through a Telegram message carrying your name, email, phone number and note as you typed them, unhashed, which is how a person sees a new booking within minutes instead of at the end of the day. When we install a system for a client, that work lives in the client’s own accounts. You own the credentials. We do not keep a shadow copy of your customers as a product.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking records stay as long as we need them to run the conversation and to keep ordinary business records. Analytics data follows each provider’s retention settings. If you ask us to delete what you sent, we will, except where we have to keep a limited record for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
Your choices
Write to ceo@gonchar.group with “Privacy request” in the subject if you want to see, correct, or delete information you submitted. Dmytro answers that inbox himself. You can also book a call and say it there. If you are in a US state with a specific privacy statute, we will honour the rights that statute actually gives you.
Children
This site is for business operators. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
